Why Coaching?
How much is your time worth to you?
When it comes to making a change, you could probably do it all yourself.
But that might take years, potentially, of figuring it out.
A good coach supercharges that process and saves you that time. That's fundamentally what I aim to do.
My role is to create a space for you to find your own solution. I ask questions you might not ask yourself. This can bring things about you to the surface
I'm happy to discuss what works best for you as an individual during our compatibility session, where you can also feel free to ask me more about my own perspective and practice.
About Me
I am a certified ICF coach. My practice centres around mindfulness, living creatively, and the fluid self.
My coaching journey began with a degree in philosophy. I became used to asking many big questions, but the one I kept coming back to was "What is a life well-lived?"
Fundamentally, I think that good coaching is about trying to find an answer to this question, and then making a plan to do it.
In the way that philosophers used to stand around market stalls and talk about how to do things, I see a coaching space as a way to explore things deeply, through the type of dialogue that isn't a huge part of modern life.
As someone who's been through the corporate grind, I understand many of the issues involved in balancing work, play, and life. My hope is that, person to person, we can work to help you find deeper meaning in the world
